Boro paddy collection was inaugurated at Charkai food warehouse in Birampur.
Inland Boro Paddy Collection was inaugurated at Charkai Food Warehouse in Birampur on Wednesday 27 April. This was inaugurated by Food Minister Sadhan Chandra Majumder M, P through video conference.
Upazila Nirbahi Officer Parimal Kumar Sarkar, Upazila Vice Chairman Mejbaul Islam, Agriculture Officer Krishibid Nixon Chandra Pal, Upazila Food Controller Mostafizur Rahman, Acting Food Officer Rabiul Alam and others were present at the inauguration of Charkai Food Warehouse.
According to food warehouse sources, 1684 metric tons of boro paddy and 36 metric tons of wheat will be collected at Charkai food warehouse this time.
